How to retrieve the call statistics for my Scheduled Calls
Within the real-time stats web API methods in section 11, you will receive a type 167 (Scheduled Call) statistic which includes the CDR count rather than a type 1 (Inbound Call) statistic which you would for a traditional Inbound Call.
The statistic will be available in the API feed once the whole call has finished as it works for an Inbound Call. If the call isn’t connected to the first party, you will still receive one of these statistics.
