Email Content Type
Each node which can send emails has the ability to let you choose wether to send send the email as standard Plain Text or HTML.
If you choose the Plain Text option you will be able use the Include properties e.g. IncludeCallingNumber, IncludeCalledNumber etc β this vary depending on the node type.
If you choose the HTML option you canβt use the Include properties e.g. IncludingCallingNumber β but you can still access these values either by using the Global Email Variables or by using the Set Variable node and the Call Variable option to store these in a Custom Service Variable and then reference them within your Subject or Body or your email settings.
If the body contains HTML you must HTML encode your content within the Body property, this will then produce valid XML, otherwise if you include HTML without HTML encoding it the XML will be rejected by the system.
