If you are not receiving emails from the platform, we recommend first to check your junk folder and your mail server for any mail filtering which maybe blocking the emails from being received.
Also, we recommend you customise your email settings – any bounce back or rejections will be sent to your email address.
A quick test to see if the emails are being sent is to change the recipient or include a gmail or Hotmail account to see if you have receieved the email.
