IVR Dynamic Call Agent Service

A telephone service is available to allow Agents to change their status and PIN code via the phone.

The IVR telephone service is protected with a 6 digit Agent ID and a 4 digit PIN code which is assigned when the Agent is created using the AddAgent method.

The Agent Status can also be changed using the UpdateAgentStatus method and the PIN code can also be changed using the UpdateAgent method.

Dynamic Call Agent IVR Service Features:-

  • Agent status change be changed to one of the following:

· Signed In

· Ready (Available to take calls)

· Not Ready (Not available to take calls)

· Signed Out

  • Agent PIN code can be changed to between 1000 and 9999
