Using Custom Service Variables within your emails

Custom Service Variables defined within the active service allocated to a Service Number can also be used in the Subject and Body of your emails and these will be replaced with the appropriate values when the email is sent.

These can be seup using the Email Settings within your portal account, or from within the Email Settings of nodes listed in the document
