How many simultaneous Scheduled Calls can be in progress
Each customer account is assigned a maximum number of Scheduled Calls channels that are permitted to be in progress at any one time. Note that a Scheduled Call channel is deemed to be available for use by a new request at the point where the Initial Target Destination answers their call.
This means the maximum amount of time a channel can be seized by a single request is 60 seconds – i.e. the maximum ring duration of the call to the Initial Target Destination.
