API Availability
Our aim is that the API is available to our customers 24/7/365. There are occasions however were a planned and controlled shut down of the API may be required due to essential system maintenance or platform upgrades. We will invoke this only where we need to ensure changes are completed successfully and data can be checked before release to our customers.
These maintenance windows will only be made at an agreed time with you and with notice. During these times any API method will return Status Code “90 – API Unavailable”.
Call processing and the creation of Real Time CDR’s will continue during these periods. Real Time CDR’s during the outage will be available for collection when the API re opens.
Please ensure your systems and interfaces are able to handle this status code so they are aware that the transaction has not been successful and that they do not send unnecessary retries.
