Custom Email Settings

You can customise the email settings at your account by logging into the portal. Once logged in you need to go to the Accounts section and then select Email tab which will give you the option to configure the following email settings:

路 Voicemail

路 Call Recording

路 Fax 2 Email

路 Missed Call Alert

路 Pulse Scheduled Report

Once configured these settings will be used for any type of emails generated for the platform for your account and your sub accounts, unless settings have been created on your sub account or overridden within your service e.g. Email Settings on the node.
